Mark Liversidge established Insight Protection Solutions in September 2002, following 12 years of prior experience in the security industry. His background spans both technical and managerial roles — meaning the same person who designs your system understands how it’ll be installed, maintained, and used day-to-day.
That dual perspective shapes how we work. Whether you own a private residence or a commercial business, we won’t hand you an off-the-shelf system. Every install is individually designed for the premises, the risk profile, and the budget — and we’ll explain exactly why each component is in there.
Over more than two decades, the business has grown steadily on the back of one decision Mark made early: recruit the attitude and train the skill. Today the team includes skilled technicians, apprentices coming through the trade, department managers running specialist areas, and customer service and admin staff — all of them locals, all of them aligned on the same standard of work.
